Do you ship worldwide?

Although these products are federally legal to ship, certain zip codes and/or states are regulated. We ship to all destinations that allow it by local law.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped directly from our home-based fulfillment setup in the U.S., allowing us to maintain close quality control and fast turnaround times.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we process orders quickly, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order will be processed and cannot be changed—but you can return it for a full refund once received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed between Monday and Friday. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, and items are shipped the day after processing. Please note we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary by location, but due to high demand, please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to arrive.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

All prices are listed in USD and do not include international duties or taxes. Depending on your country, you may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes upon delivery. These are set by your local customs office and must be paid by the customer. For more info, contact your local customs office.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products (THCa), we do not accept returns unless the item is still sealed and unopened. If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, contact us at support@strawberysocket.com. If your order has already been shipped, it may be eligible for return only if it is unopened.

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email us with your order number, photos of the issue, and any related details. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment. If you paid by card, it can take 7–10 business days after your return is processed for the refund to appear. If it doesn’t show up, please contact your card issuer for more details.
